Privacy Policy

Last updated: 12 January 2026

At Finanzascerca S. de R.L. de C.V. (‘Finanzascerca’, ‘we’) we believe privacy is a minimum condition for trusting any digital tool. This policy explains, in clear language, what personal data we process, why we do so and what options you have at any time.

1. Data controller

The controller is Finanzascerca S. de R.L. de C.V., with offices at Av. Paseo de la Reforma 296, Floor 12, Col. Juárez, Cuauhtémoc, 06600 Mexico City, CDMX, Mexico. You can contact us at contacto@finanzascerca.com for anything related to this policy.

2. What data we process

We only process the data you voluntarily share through the contact form: full name, email address and the message you write. When you visit the site we may also process limited technical data — such as device type, browser language and pages visited — always subject to the cookie preferences you have configured.

3. What we use it for

We use your data to: (i) reply to your request and contact you with the next steps; (ii) improve the quality and accessibility of the information published; (iii) maintain basic operational records as a digital service provider; and (iv) comply with legal obligations applicable in Mexico.

4. Legal basis

Processing is based on the consent you give when submitting the form and, where applicable, on the legitimate interest of operating the site and preventing misuse, always within the framework of the LFPDPPP and its implementing regulations.

5. Retention

We keep your data only for as long as needed to fulfill the purposes described and any related legal obligations. As a general reference, messages received via the form are kept for a maximum of 24 months from the last contact, unless the law requires a longer term.

6. Sharing with third parties

We do not sell your data. We may share it with technology providers that help us operate (hosting, email, analytics), always under agreements that require equivalent protection levels. Some providers may host information outside of Mexico; in those cases we apply appropriate contractual safeguards.

7. Google Consent Mode v2

The site uses Google Consent Mode v2 with a ‘denied’ default state. This means analytics and advertising cookies are not activated until you actively accept them; if you choose to reject them, they will not be activated either. Technical details are described in the Cookie Policy.

8. ARCO rights and portability

You have the right to access, rectify, cancel or object to the processing of your data, as well as to revoke your consent or request portability. To exercise these rights write to contacto@finanzascerca.com with ‘ARCO Request’ in the subject line and an ID document that allows us to verify your identity.

9. Security

We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect the information, including encryption in transit, role-based access controls and periodic reviews. No system is fully immune to incidents, but we commit to inform you in a timely manner if something relevant happens.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy when our processes or applicable regulations change. The last-updated date will always be visible at the top of the document and, for substantial changes, we will communicate them prominently within the site.
